Description

Lead the planning, execution, and management of the Data Management and Migration project stream to ensure timely delivery of master and transaction data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop the end-to-end strategy and detailed execution plan for data migration and management.
• Coordinate data migration efforts across process streams and E2E value streams to ensure data availability for integration and user acceptance cycles.
• Oversee the scoping, mapping, and validation of master data, transaction data, and balances from current-state to future-state designs.
• Manage the transition from project-based migration to ongoing data governance and dual maintenance processes.
• Direct migration resources including Data Governance Leads, Data Stewards, Data Owners, and Functional Leads.

Required Skills

• Experience managing master data design and fit-to-standard sessions.
• Proven ability to coordinate data mapping between current and future-state architectures.
• Direct experience working with Master Data, Data Governance Leads, Data Stewards, and Data Owners.
• Ability to define and monitor data quality metrics, including error rates and migration volumes.
• Experience supporting tool selection for data extraction, mapping, staging, and loading.
• Knowledge of managing data migration through the full project lifecycle, from Explore to Activate/Deploy phases.
• Background in coordinating with Functional Leads and Master Data experts.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data migration leadership roles.
