Description

Lead end-to-end data migration projects from planning through post-migration support, ensuring data integrity and stakeholder alignment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle data migration projects, including analysis, cleansing, and validation.
• Design and execute test plans to validate processes and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Monitor project progress to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present status updates and progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor data professional teams on migration best practices and methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in data management or related fields.
• 6+ years of experience specifically in data migration and project management.
• 3+ years of experience providing oversight for data migration projects, programs, or practice areas.
• Substantial experience working within federal and state markets.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing data migration teams.
• Deep expertise in data migration frameworks, optimization strategies, and automation.
• Experience with information security and compliance within the government contracting industry.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
