Description

You will facilitate Agile processes for teams focused on data migration and management, ensuring delivery cadence and quality.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs, oversee user story estimation, and forecast delivery.
• Identify and resolve impediments to team progress while communicating delivery risks to leadership.
• Coach the team on IT standards regarding security, quality, and architecture to minimize operational risk.
• Use team metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement in delivery cadence and quality.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 3-5 years of experience with Agile development.
• Proven experience scrumming for Data Migration, Data Management, Data Architecture, Software Development, or Software Configuration teams.
• Proficiency with Agile planning tools such as JIRA, Rally, or Confluence.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of Agile practices, frameworks, and techniques.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Agile or Scrum certifications such as CSM, CSP, or SAFe.
