Description

You will own the execution of data migration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Import data from Excel into SQL via database portals or interfaces.
• Write SQL queries to validate, clean, and manipulate data sets.
• Ensure all migrated data conforms to required formats and database types.
• Perform light data cleanup, including legacy FoxPro data lacking SQL-style indexes.
• Drive assigned tasks to completion with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SQL and data migration processes.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and related database systems.
• Experience working with legacy FoxPro data structures.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for data manipulation and validation.
• Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Experience writing basic API functions when required.
• Knowledge of data migration principles (though ETL tools are not used).
