Description

You will manage the end-to-end conversion of data from multiple sources into a centralized system of record.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from spreadsheets and other sources.
• Modify and update data collection templates for agency resource population.
• Execute data cleansing, validation, and integrity checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Convert data into required formats for system imports and perform post-load validation.
• Resolve errors and provide technical support for migration-related troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data migration or data conversion roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central.
• Expertise in data extraction and transformation from spreadsheet-based sources.
• Strong background in data cleansing and validation methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
