Description

You will manage end-to-end data conversion processes and lead migration efforts between legacy systems and MS Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Execute data migrations from Siebel or similar systems to the MS Dynamics Customer Service module.
• Utilize ETL tools to transform and load data sets.
• Perform XML data extraction to support migration workflows.
• Manage the full lifecycle of data conversion processes.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience in data conversion management.
• Proven experience migrating data from Siebel to MS Dynamics.
• 5 years of proficiency with data conversion tools.
• 5 years of proficiency with ETL tools.
• 5 years of experience in XML data extraction.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working in Health and Human Services.
