Manage database systems and execute data migrations within healthcare EHR environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute data migration processes using SQL and database scripting.
• Document business process flows and standardize improvements through data collection and SME interviews.
• Analyze user requirements and operational procedures to identify automation or system enhancement solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications for data input and output processes.
• Resolve complex data-related issues using logical problem-solving approaches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data migration or systems analysis.
• Proficiency with InterSystems Cache Database, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong SQL and database scripting capabilities.
• Experience with SaaS model EHR systems and cloud data migrations.
• Knowledge of healthcare data regulatory compliance and data security.
• Experience using Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet software.
• Understanding of architectural concepts related to infrastructure, information systems, and applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Netsmart myAvatar EHR systems.
