Description

You will lead the end-to-end testing process for migrating legacy PAS extracts into the DXC C&S target system.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and reporting of all data migration testing activities.
• Collaborate with Data Migration, QA, Business, and Development teams to define test strategy, scope, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and implement test plans and cases for data validation, transformation logic, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Assess data readiness and test coverage to ensure migration integrity.
• Oversee legacy PAS testing and coordinate with the internal test team to ensure functional testing of C&S with migrated data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data migration testing.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies within data migration projects.
• Experience working closely with Business stakeholders to define requirements.
• Proven ability to manage data validation and reconciliation processes.
• Experience testing transformation logic and exception handling.
• Ability to define and track data quality metrics and KPIs for migration validation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PAS and DXC C&S systems.
• Strong background in data quality assessment.
