Lead validation strategy for complex data migration and ERP integration projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess current validation exercises across Data, ERP Applications, Integrations, and DataLake.
• Identify improvement opportunities and suggest remediation strategies.
• Align validation efforts with the project roadmap, go-live dates, and team structure.
• Develop and implement a tailored validation strategy for the project.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data migration testing.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Experience with DataLake environments.
• Ability to construct test strategies aligned with organizational objectives and guardrails.
• Proficiency in gathering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Deep understanding of complex workflows including period-end, reconciliation, and payment processing.
• Experience managing accounting transactions and regulatory reporting workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Strong technical background with end-to-end testing experience.
