Responsibilities

• Design and maintain complex data models to support business requirements.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes for efficient data movement.
• Manage metadata and ensure data lineage across systems.
• Build and maintain SQL and NoSQL database structures.
• Support data visualization requirements using Tableau.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data modeling.
• Extensive experience working within the healthcare domain.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes.
• Experience managing metadata.
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced knowledge of healthcare data standards and compliance.
