Define and implement data modelling strategies for customer segmentation and activation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement data modelling strategies for customer segmentation, personalization, and activation across channels.
• Support developers to set up data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and activating customer data using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) tools.
• Design and implement schemas using Experience Data Model (XDM) and ensure data governance and compliance.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and validate ingested data integrity and security.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 9+ years in data platforms with strong domain experience.
• 1-2 years of specific Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) development experience.
• Proficiency in data modeling, schema structure, and data warehousing best practices.
• Experience with ingestion processes using JSON and XML for CDP implementations.
• Ability to design and develop data pipelines and integrations using AEP.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and DPDP Act.
• Experience with Marketing Data Lake on AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Experience Platform.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK and Mobile SDK.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
