Description
Design and implement network inventory data models for resources and services, adhering to TMF standards. You will manage both graph and relational data structures, optimize queries, and support ML pipeline deployment.
Responsibilities
- Develop network inventory data models for resources and services per TMF standards.
- Design graph database schemas using Neo4j or Amazon Neptune and optimize Cypher/GraphQL queries.
- Build and maintain relational data models using SQL and ER tools.
- Implement ETL processes and perform data profiling to ensure data quality.
- Design APIs to expose data models and support integration with ML pipelines.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data modeling, specifically with network inventory management.
- Proficiency in graph database modeling (Neo4j, Amazon Neptune) and query languages (Cypher, GraphQL).
- Strong skills in relational modeling, SQL, and ER tooling.
- Experience with ETL processes and data profiling techniques.
- API design experience for data exposure.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience deploying ML pipelines.
