You will design database structures and manage data integrity for complex data projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client operations to determine database structural requirements and review objectives with stakeholders.
- Facilitate data requirement meetings with business and technical teams to resolve conflicts and drive decisions.
- Implement database maintenance plans, including integrity checks, statistics updates, security monitoring, and resource utilization.
- Manage user accounts, logins, and object permissions while providing support through custom utility coding.
- Develop Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases, and User Stories through technical writing.
- Execute unit, system integration, and functional testing using documented test strategies and scripts.
Required Skills
- 7 years of experience in conceptual and relational data modeling and data analytics.
- 7 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, PL/SQL, complex SQL queries, and stored procedures.
- 7 years of experience with data modeling tools, including SQL, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
- 7 years of experience managing data dictionaries and data mapping for complex systems.
- 7 years of experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- 7 years of experience with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, VBA, Power Pivot, Power Query, and Power BI.
- 7 years of experience interacting with high-level executives and senior management to define business processes.
- Expertise in Oracle database 11g/12c/19c administration, monitoring, and problem management.
- Experience using or managing Windows, Linux, or UNIX operating systems.
- 2 years of experience in a project leader capacity or as a major contributor on complex projects.
