You will design and implement complex data models, translating business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical structures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into precise data requirements.
• Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models with minimal supervision.
• Partner with development teams to ensure efficient data design solutions and best practices.
• Manage, plan, and organize multiple complex data and information design tasks.
• Devise standards and processes to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and environments.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of work experience in database design.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Modeler using Erwin.
• Expert-level proficiency in Erwin data modeling.
• Thorough mastery of logical and physical data modeling techniques.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL database technologies across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of MapReduce programming models.
• Experience with emerging No-SQL and Azure Cloud DB approaches and challenges.
• Excellent analytical and investigative abilities for model creation.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on knowledge of Insurance domain and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Ability to lead and influence teams to execute Enterprise Data Modeling standards.
