Design and implement complex data models, translating business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical structures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into precise data models using Erwin.
• Partner with development teams to ensure efficient data design solutions and optimal performance.
• Plan, organize, and implement multiple complex data and information design tasks with minimal supervision.
• Devise and enforce standards and processes to adapt to changing technologies and environments.
• Lead enterprise data modeling initiatives and influence cross-team execution.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in database design, including at least 3 years as a Data Modeler.
• Expert-level proficiency with Erwin data modeling tools.
• Thorough mastery of logical and physical data modeling techniques.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL database technologies across multiple platforms.
• Experience with MapReduce programming models.
• Understanding of emerging No-SQL and Azure Cloud database approaches and challenges.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities for complex modeling scenarios.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in Insurance and Data Warehousing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
