Description

You will design and maintain complex data models supporting core banking functions including CRM, AML, loan origination, and credit card processing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate intricate business requirements from risk, finance, and product teams into conceptual, logical, and physical data structures.
• Ensure high-performance transaction processing and robust data integrity across all banking systems.
• Integrate data standards like BIAN or ISO 20022 and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, BCBS 239, and GDPR.
• Manage metadata and establish clear data lineage from teller systems to analytics platforms for transparency and governance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling.
• Proficiency with Erwin Data Modeler and Erwin Mart.
• Strong understanding of Data Integrity, Data Lineage, and Metadata management.
• Experience in Retail Banking environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including Basel III and BCBS 239.
• Skills in Technical Design and Transaction Processing.
• Experience with CRM and Transaction Processing systems.
