Data Modeler

You will define and develop data modeling practices, standards, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage conceptual, logical, and physical data models and metadata with stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to capture data needs and translate them into model specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure database design meets application requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and quality assurance to maintain data integrity and consistency.
• Document data models, metadata, data flows, and data dictionaries.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data modeling.
• Experience with Data Modeling tools like Erwin or ER/Studio.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Hands-on experience with databases including Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS (S3, Redshift), Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
