You design and implement logical and physical data models for analytical data stores, translating business requirements into effective data structures.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement logical and physical data models for analytical data stores, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data structures.
• Perform data profiling, data quality assessments, and data cleansing to ensure data integrity.
• Create Source to Target mapping documents detailing data transformations and integrations.
• Ensure adherence to data governance and security policies while identifying issues and driving resolutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in data modeling across the full Development LifeCycle.
• 2+ years designing data structures for Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, or Analytical systems.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, ERwin, or PowerDesigner.
• 5+ years of proven experience in data analysis and profiling.
• Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Experience with Data Integration concepts and tools like Informatica or Talend.
• Ability to identify issues and drive resolutions by forming cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, including consensus building with diverse stakeholders.
