You will design and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to address complex financial challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms for financial problem-solving.
• Analyze large, complex financial datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for risk mitigation.
• Build predictive data models specifically for risk assessment.
• Forecast, track, and measure key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Services with a focus on data intelligence and analysis.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and SQL.
• Proven expertise in risk assessment and data analysis technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, fintech, or a related field.
• Experience conducting security audits, penetration testing, and incident analysis.
• Knowledge of network security, encryption, and access control principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with retail banking products and financial risk management.
• Knowledge of forensic financial auditing techniques.
• Relevant certifications such as CDA, CRMA, or similar.
