• Design and develop data models supporting business requirements and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data models.
• Implement dimensional modeling techniques to optimize data storage and retrieval.
• Work with ETL developers to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Conduct data analysis and profiling to identify improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Data Modeling and Dimensional Modelling.
• Proficiency with Erwin tool for model design and implementation.
• Knowledge of insurance domain and industry standards.
• Experience with ETL Processes and Data Warehousing.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure data quality.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
