Description

Design and develop data models for enterprise data warehouses and analytical platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with CPG business processes.
• Partner with data engineers and Product Owners to refactor existing data models for modernization.
• Define and enforce data modeling standards, naming conventions, and documentation practices.
• Optimize data structures for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Analyze and improve query performance through schema design and indexing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in Data Modeling.
• Expertise in relational and dimensional modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake).
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with ETL processes.
• Strong experience using data modeling tools like Erwin.
• Solid understanding of CPG industry data requirements.
• Experience with data warehousing platforms, such as Teradata.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) principles.
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms and Snowflake.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years tenure in previous roles.
