Description

You will lead complex data modeling programs across on-prem and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design normalized, denormalized, relational, dimensional, star, and snowflake schemas for big data and cloud databases.
• Execute large-scale data modeling programs involving over 100 entities and tables.
• Implement Bill Inmon and Ralph Kimball methodologies to build data warehouses.
• Analyze requirements through data profiling, mapping, and lineage assessment.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, DBAs, and Data Governance teams to deploy technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Modeling and Data Analysis.
• Expertise in Data Vault 2.0 modeling techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake cloud data warehousing.
• Proficiency with big data sources and tools including Hive, S3, Trino, and Hue.
• Experience managing data in Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 environments.
• Practical knowledge of Data Lakehouse concepts.
• Proficiency with modeling tools such as Erwin, ER/Studio, or Toad Data Modeler.
• Deep understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Data Dictionary, and Data Governance.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Financial Domain.
