Expertise in Logical & Physical Data Modeling
Hands-on experience with Source-to-Target Mapping
Proficiency in SQL
Experience with Enterprise Data Modeling
Strong collaboration skills with analysts & engineering teams
Excellent documentation & data design standards knowledge

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in Insurance / Underwriting / Broker domain
Familiarity with Databricks / Azure
Exposure to Metadata Management & Data Governance
Experience with data modeling tools (ER/Studio, ERwin, etc.)
