Description

You will design and maintain dimensional models for analytical data marts.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design dimensional models using Star Schema and best-practice techniques.
• Translate business requirements into physical and logical data models.
• Convert OLTP transactional data into OLAP analytical structures through data analysis.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries in Amazon Redshift and PostgreSQL.
• Manage and version data models using Erwin Data Modeler.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with Erwin Data Modeler.
• Knowledge of Star Schema and dimensional modeling.
• Experience working within a Scrum framework.
• Ability to work with Amazon Redshift.
• Understanding of OLTP and OLAP data structures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with Scrum teams on agile planning, story writing, and sprint execution.
