Description

You will design and implement data models for the insurance domain, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into accurate data models.
• Build and maintain complex data models using Erwin Data Modelling tools.
• Apply insurance domain expertise to ensure model alignment with business processes and regulatory standards.
• Own the full data modeling lifecycle, ensuring consistency and integrity across the data architecture.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of professional experience in data modeling.
• Extensive hands-on experience specifically within the insurance domain.
• Proficiency with Erwin Data Modelling tool for logical and physical model design.
• Proven ability to work directly with business users to define and validate data requirements.
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles and best practices.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical data structures.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional data modeling or BI tools beyond Erwin.
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory reporting requirements.
