Description

You will design and implement data strategies and models across relational and dimensional platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business and IT requirements.
• Build data flows and use Power Designer to capture data element definitions and generate database change code.
• Define and govern enterprise data modeling standards, tools, and best practices.
• Analyze system integration challenges and propose architectural solutions for data sources, security, and automated loads.
• Manage workloads across multiple projects to meet delivery deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing data models and developing database schemas using Erwin.
• Proficiency in Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, OLAP, and OLTP data modeling.
• Expertise in RDBMS concepts, including creating tables, views, sequences, and triggers with a focus on performance.
• Hands-on experience with Erwin and Power Designer for forward and reverse engineering.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, DB2, Postgres, Hadoop, and Snowflake.
• Experience with Business Process Modeling, Process Flow Modeling, and Data Flow Modeling.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Background in Data Warehousing (DW) and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Knowledge of financial services, banking, or institutional brokerage business.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Healthcare, Food services, Telecoms, or Airlines sectors.
