You will design and document data architecture and governance frameworks for Medicaid-related systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute requirements gathering to map current data sources and interface structures.
• Build a Medicaid-related Interface Registry and author Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• Develop data modeling structures, data warehouse architectures, data catalogs, and data lineage documentation.
• Create and implement a Medicaid-related Data Governance and Management Plan.
• Map system-to-system interactions and data flows to ensure secure and organized data storage and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling and database design.
• Proficiency in relational SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin or ER/Studio.
• Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
• Deep understanding of data governance frameworks and implementation.
• Experience creating data catalogs and mapping data lineage.
• Practical knowledge of software development and interface design principles.
• Strong ability to write interface control documents and manage interface functionality.
• Proven project management skills with experience handling multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications in control systems or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with industry-specific control system software and tools.
