Description

You will design and implement enterprise-scale data models for OLTP and OLAP applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise data models from scratch to support complex business requirements.
• Design schemas for hierarchical data, entity relationships, and embedded documents using document and graph databases.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories.
• Establish data modeling standards and conduct data profiling to ensure accuracy, integrity, and quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and database administrators to align models with business needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data model design for OLTP and OLAP applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience modeling NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB and Neo4j.
• Expertise in creating design patterns for scalability and performance in NoSQL environments.
• Deep understanding of modeling relationships, including one-to-many and many-to-many, within document and graph databases.
• Proficiency with data modeling tools such as Lucidchart, Draw.io, or ERWIN.
• Ability to identify patterns and trends within complex datasets.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations for workshops as required.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working on automobile-related projects.
