Description

You will design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise platforms, with a focus on Snowflake data warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data models for Snowflake, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Write complex, optimized SQL queries for data transformation, validation, and analysis.
• Ingest, parse, and transform semi-structured data, including JSON.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, data engineers, and analysts to translate business requirements into scalable data models.
• Implement best practices for data modeling, naming conventions, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data modeling and database design.
• Strong expertise in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehouse.
• Experience working with JSON scripting and semi-structured data.
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Owners.
• Ability to optimize data structures for performance and accessibility.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining data lineage and metadata for enterprise datasets.
