Description

You will design and maintain data models for enterprise data products, ensuring high quality and reusability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for scalable data products.
• Profile existing data products to document lineage, quality metrics, and reuse potential.
• Define business rules, KPIs, and consumption requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries, ER diagrams, and metadata documentation.
• Implement data governance principles to ensure certified, reusable data assets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling and database design.
• Proficiency in data modeling tools such as ER/Studio or Erwin.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, specifically Redshift and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with non-relational databases, specifically DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with AWS data services including Glue and S3.
• Understanding of data quality, lineage, and compliance frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
