You will design and develop logical and physical data models for P&C insurance business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop logical and physical data models to support P&C insurance business processes incrementally.
• Work with Business Analysts to define and document data mapping rules from source systems like Guidewire and legacy systems.
• Optimize physical data models for performance and scalability on the Snowflake platform.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure data integration processes align with the data models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience working on data models in the P&C Insurance domain.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling tools like Erwin.
• Strong understanding of relational and dimensional modeling concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques.
• Experience with Data Modeling.
• Familiarity with ETL.
• Experience with Mainframe systems.
• Skills in Performance Tuning.
