Must-Have Skills

* *8+ years* in Data Architecture / Data Modeling

* Strong *Enterprise Data Modeling* experience

* *Mortgage industry experience is mandatory* — preferably loan origination, underwriting, servicing, or capital markets

* Strong knowledge of *Conceptual, Logical & Physical Data Models*

* Experience with *structured & unstructured/semi-structured data*

* Strong *SQL* and experience with *Snowflake, SQL Server, or Databricks*

* Experience with *ETL/ELT* and enterprise data platforms

* Knowledge of *Kimball, Data Vault*, or similar Modeling methodologies

* Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions

*Nice to Have:* Databricks/Lakehouse, AI/ML, semantic layers, Collibra/Purview/Alation
