Description

You will own data analysis and modeling within a finance and risk context, bridging complex data systems with financial requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify connections and drive data modeling perspectives.
• Support enterprise-wide data modernization strategies and architectural initiatives.
• Create data inventories and technical artifacts for the data team.
• Participate in discussions regarding future platforms and services between disparate systems.
• Assess risk drivers and data sources for regulatory and management reporting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• Expertise in relational data modeling and RDBMS.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills for data collection and analysis.
• Deep knowledge of finance, accounting, and enterprise risk.
• Experience with mortgage pricing and quantitative risk assessment.
• Ability to bridge the gap between complex data systems and financial requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS and Snowflake.
• Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac domain expertise.
