Description

You will design and manage data models and pipelines within an AWS and MicroStrategy ecosystem, leading offshore teams of 10+ members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large offshore teams to deliver data engineering objectives.
• Design and maintain data pipelines using AWS services to support terabyte-scale data volumes.
• Oversee MicroStrategy Metadata, Memory Cubes, Scheduling, and Dossier 2020 for 100-1000 users.
• Manage data pipelines and ensure scalability for large-scale reporting.
• Communicate technical requirements and progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or modelling.
• Strong expertise in MicroStrategy Metadata, Memory Cubes, Scheduling, and Dossier 2020.
• Proficiency in AWS services: DMS, EMR, Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, Redshift, and Aurora.
• Experience with PySpark and Snowflake for data processing and warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Proven leadership and communication skills for managing offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling large-scale data volumes in the terabyte range.
