Description

You will design and implement conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise data platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise data standards and governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize data models for data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse architectures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into data structures.
• Work with ETL/ELT teams to ensure proper data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.
• Perform data analysis, profiling, and quality assessments to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Optimize database performance through indexing, partitioning, and query tuning techniques.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in relational and dimensional modeling, including Star and Snowflake schemas.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.
• Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes and DBT.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and data architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in data modeling roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure, GCP, or additional ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with data modeling tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, or PowerDesigner.
