Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own and develop data processing operations and data solutions.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve data quality issues and exceptions.
• Ensure timely delivery of Credit Benchmark services while meeting service level targets.
• Build and manage professional relationships with data contributors to ensure smooth data aggregation and effective handling of queries and issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Analytics, and Product to respond to client queries, deliver ad-hoc projects, and support internal projects and developments.
• Develop and implement continuous improvements to operational processes to increase data processing accuracy and efficiency.

Skills Required:

• Demonstrate a strong technical understanding and the ability to identify suitable solutions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, and other relevant technologies.
• Possess technical expertise to contribute code to production systems and solutions.
• Have significant experience working with complex datasets, investigating data issues, identifying root causes, and validating solutions.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead projects independently, make sound decisions, and escalate risks when required.
• Have leadership experience in managing individuals or leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Be comfortable performing manual tasks initially, with a focus on future automation.
• Possess strong project management skills to manage priorities, dependencies, deadlines, and stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills when working across teams, functions, and geographies.
• Have the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and communicate analysis effectively.

Education : Relevant educational qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
