Description

You will manage data sourcing, reporting, and process automation to support organizational analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source diverse datasets across the organization to fulfill analysis and reporting requests.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain data dashboards to improve metric visibility.
• Maintain a centralized report library to ensure consistency across all geographical regions.
• Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Present data analyses and solutions to stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to SVP level.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with R, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into consumable insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex issues.
• Effective project and time management skills to prioritize and deliver tasks.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 18 months of experience within the Nutanix Support organization.
