Description

You will own the operational integrity of enterprise data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and analytical datasets across AWS and GCP.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Talend and dbt.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline failures, quality issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Develop automation solutions and operational tooling using Python to improve monitoring and reconciliation.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Platform teams to ensure data accuracy, freshness, and SLA compliance.
• Implement operational procedures, runbooks, and support documentation for production stability.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise with Talend.
• Strong experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Experience supporting enterprise data platforms on AWS and/or GCP.
• 7+ years of experience in Data Operations, Data Engineering, or Platform Operations.
• Understanding of data pipeline orchestration and batch/near real-time processing.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for production support.
• Experience with data quality validation and reconciliation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dbt and strong Python development skills.
• Familiarity with data observability, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
