Description

You will manage and support enterprise data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and analytical datasets across AWS and GCP environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Build, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Talend and dbt.
• Develop automation solutions and operational tooling using Python to improve monitoring, alerting, and reconciliation.
• Support data reprocessing, historical backfills, and controlled re-drive activities while maintaining governance and auditability.
• Partner with Data Engineering, BI, and Platform teams to ensure data accuracy, freshness, and SLA compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Data Operations, Data Engineering, or Platform Operations.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Talend.
• Strong experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Experience supporting enterprise data platforms on AWS and/or GCP.
• Understanding of data pipeline orchestration and batch/near real-time processing.
• Experience with production support and SLA management.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dbt and strong Python development/automation skills.
• Familiarity with data observability, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices for data platforms.
