Description

You will lead day-to-day operations for data analytics and ML infrastructure in a hybrid cloud environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provision, scale, and maintain data, analytics, and ML infrastructures for batch and real-time systems.
• Shepherd zero-downtime deployments through continuous delivery practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build self-service tools, automation, and observability solutions for monitoring, alerting, and self-healing.
• Debug complex distributed system issues and manage production incidents with post-incident reviews.
• Implement security controls, governance processes, and infrastructure cost optimization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience scaling operations in dynamic environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, Java, or Scala for automation and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Spinnaker.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or DataDog.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with real-time data processing frameworks like Flink or Trino.
• Knowledge of vector databases and Cassandra.
