Description

Lead L2/L3 operational support for Azure, Informatica, IDQ, and Axon ecosystems. You own triage, root cause analysis, and resolution for data issues, ensuring stability and quality across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day L2/L3 support and lead triage, RCA, and resolution for Azure, Informatica, IDQ, EDC, and Axon issues.
• Operate data quality rules, track scorecards, and publish data quality KPIs using IDQ.
• Administer Axon governance workflows, EDC lineage scans, and stewardship processes.
• Partner with Data Stewards and Owners to resolve duplicates, survivorship conflicts, and policy breaches.
• Maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles while collaborating with Data Engineering on interface failures.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Hands-on expertise with the Informatica stack and strong SQL skills.
• Experience designing and implementing complex solutions for distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management, ETL, Data Quality, and metadata management.
• Familiarity with Agile software development frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience in lieu of education years considered.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Relational, Dimensional, and Unstructured Data Modeling.
• Familiarity with log/monitoring solutions, development containers, and linting best practices.
