What We’re Looking For
We are seeking strong backend-focused Data Ops Engineers who are passionate about coding, scalable systems, and modern cloud-native data platforms.

Mandatory Skills
Strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) – MUST HAVE
3+ years of hands-on programming experience in Python / Java / C / C++ / Golang / Scala
Strong experience with Cloud platforms – AWS or Azure
Hands-on with Shell/Bash scripting, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes
 

Good to Have
Exposure to DataOps, MLOps, LLMOps, or FinOps tech stacks
Experience working on production-grade, distributed systems
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation
