Description

You will provide L1.5 and L2 operational support for Snowflake, Talend/TMC, Qlik Replicate, and Power BI environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ETL/ELT pipelines to resolve job failures, schema drift, and data quality anomalies.
• Execute deployments, patches, and upgrades alongside DevOps and infrastructure teams.
• Automate recurring operational tasks using Python or PowerShell.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets via ServiceNow ITSM workflows.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge bases to ensure operational continuity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data platform support, ETL operations, or DataOps engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Proficiency with ETL and replication tools including Talend/TMC and Qlik Replicate.
• Strong SQL performance tuning skills.
• Experience using Python or PowerShell for automation.
• Experience managing incidents and releases within ServiceNow.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
