Description

You will automate and test data plane and control plane architectures for networking devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex networking testbeds for system and scale testing.
• Automate testing workflows using Python and REST APIs.
• Execute performance characterization of networking products.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex network protocol issues.
• Simulate large enterprise networks to validate system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in networking and automation.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and programming.
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP protocols including ARP, IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, and IPsec VPNs.
• Experience testing enterprise routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Knowledge of networking features including Multicast, IPv6, DNS, NAT, and DHCP.
• Experience testing on Linux platforms using x86 architecture.
• Ability to work with REST APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware ESXi, QEMU/KVM, or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Experience in system/scale testing simulating large enterprise networks.
