Description

You will build and maintain data systems and pipelines to support pricing and foreign exchange operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for pricing and FX systems.
• Analyze raw data and prepare datasets for predictive and prescriptive modeling.
• Design and implement features within a scrum team to improve data quality.
• Track down and fix defects while addressing client queries on the pricing system.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Pig, Hive, MapReduce, Spark, and BigQuery.
• Proficiency with Teradata and Informatica for data warehousing.
• Expertise in scheduling tools: UC4, Control-M, and Tivoli (TWS).
• Strong SQL programming skills.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices for reliability and scalability.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Java, Python, and Unix scripting.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Working experience in Agile methodologies.
