Description

You will lead the development of data pipelines and manage technical teams within a healthcare data environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS, focusing on Oracle-to-SQL Server conversions.
• Mentor technical staff through individual development planning and SMART goal setting.
• Coordinate work across team members to remove technical barriers and maintain project velocity.
• Facilitate communication between researchers, clinical staff, and executive leaders to deliver data-driven solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical solutions experience.
• 5+ years of Healthcare IT leadership experience in data integration, analytics, or DevOps.
• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software development teams.
• 2+ years of experience supporting healthcare stakeholders in clinical, revenue cycle, or hospital operations.
• Expertise in SSIS development and data management solutions.
• Proficiency with Oracle and SQL Server environments.
• Experience managing project plans, resource allocation, and risk/issue management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Epic (Clarity, Caboodle, or RWB).
