Description

You will manage and maintain enterprise data environments while supporting analytics users, developers, and business teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve Tier 1–3 platform issues regarding access, connectivity, data refresh, and visualization performance.
• Administer enterprise analytics platforms, including user provisioning, project governance, job scheduling, and usage monitoring.
• Support developers by ensuring platform readiness, validating data connections, and advising on performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements, define KPIs, and facilitate self-service analytics.
• Create knowledge base content and provide onboarding, training, and enablement resources for platform tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics platform administration, enterprise tool support, or data enablement.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and Oracle.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python for data validation and automation.
• Experience supporting enterprise BI platforms such as Tableau Server, Tableau Cloud, Alteryx Server, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, including data lakes, warehouses, and marts.
• Proven ability to support and train non-technical users.
• Experience with Alteryx.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with enterprise data governance, metadata management, and access control.
• Experience supporting multiple business domains or working in agile environments.
• Background in telecommunications or other consumer-facing industries.
