Description

Own the deployment, optimization, and maintenance of generative AI and big data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set up and performance tune Transformers and RAG production deployments.
• Optimize language models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Streamlit.
• Manage AI tools including Semantic Kernel and Langchain.
• Develop and deploy distributed computing applications using Apache Spark and Kafka.
• Integrate platform solutions into the data analytic ecosystem and automate DevOps processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an AIOps engineer with a focus on deploying AI platforms.
• Heavy production experience with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Expertise in AWS services including IAM, ECS, S3, Glue, EMR, RDS, DynamoDB, and Lambda.
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes and elastic containers.
• 5+ years of Linux/Unix experience including shell scripting.
• 5+ years of experience with vector databases and graph databases.
• 2+ years of experience supporting data pipelines using Matillion, Python, or Serverless technologies.
• Experience with data lakes and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or Redshift.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, test automation, and TDD.

Preferred Skills

• AWS SysOps certification.
• Industry experience in Financial Services or other regulated environments.
