Description

You will design and deliver enterprise data management solutions with a focus on scalability and governance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design distributed data architectures on AWS, prioritizing scalability and performance.
• Implement data governance, modeling, and normalization standards across the platform.
• Lead cross-functional teams through Agile/SAFe lifecycles to deliver mid-to-large enterprise applications.
• Define operating models and quality guidelines for data management and platform solutions.
• Consult directly with clients to resolve architectural barriers and drive project consensus.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in data management, solution design, and enterprise delivery.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Informatica platform (MDM, EDC, AXON, IDQ).
• Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services for distributed architectures.
• Experience with data modeling, normalization, and data governance concepts.
• Proven track record managing people and project lifecycles for complex initiatives.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, specifically SAFe.
• Ability to communicate technical strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading architecture activities including roadmaps and proof-of-concepts.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills in high-pressure client environments.
