Description

You will design and implement end-to-end data architecture strategy on Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable data platforms using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and Data Lake Storage.
• Build and manage data pipelines for efficient ingestion, transformation, and loading into warehouses and marts.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver functional data solutions.
• Enforce data quality, integrity, and security through governance and compliance measures.
• Optimize platform performance and cost-efficiency while providing technical leadership to data engineers and analysts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing data platforms on the Azure cloud.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python programming.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience with data integration and migration projects.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building enterprise-scale data platforms for the energy sector.
• Experience with NetSuite, eMaint, and Peloton systems.
• Azure data-related certifications and experience with data science or machine learning.
